Grimsta IP is lovely located next to the Grimsta nature-park, north-west of the city center of Stockholm. IF Brommapojkarnakarna is a bit strange club. They are one of the biggest youth-clubs in Europe, but has very few supporters on their matches.

I visited Grimsta IP for a match against the visitors Hammarby from the southern parts of Stockholm. It was a very strange experience. Two of three stands available, was dedicated to the away supporters. Of the 4000 in the stands, I would guess that about 3500 of them supported Hammarby. On the pitch however, it was a totally differendt story. An even match, that BP won marginally by a goal to nil. Much to the delight of BP manager and legend Olof Mellberg. After the match I had a great chat with Norwegian BP defender Torbjørn Lysaker Heggem.
